Quantix ‑ Tiered Wholesale ("the App") provides wholesale tiered pricing functionality for Shopify stores. This policy describes what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices available to merchants.

Information we collect

When a merchant installs Quantix, we collect and store:

• Store information: the store's myshopify domain and an API access token that allows the App to operate on the store (read products, write product metafields, manage the App's checkout functions and the App's own subscription billing).
• Pricing configuration: the pricing matrices the merchant creates in the App — product references, selected product options, quantity tiers, and unit prices.
• Subscription status: the merchant's Quantix plan, managed through Shopify's Billing API.

We do not collect or store personal data about the merchant's customers. The App's storefront widget and checkout functions operate on Shopify's infrastructure and read pricing data from the store's own product metafields; no shopper data is transmitted to or stored on our servers.

How we use information

Collected information is used solely to provide the App's functionality: displaying and enforcing the merchant's tiered pricing, syncing pricing data to the store's product metafields, and managing the App subscription. We do not sell, rent, or share merchant data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data storage

Merchant data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway (railway.app) infrastructure. Access tokens are stored for the sole purpose of operating the App on the merchant's store.

Data retention and deletion

• Uninstalling the App revokes its access to the store.
• Upon receiving Shopify's shop/redact privacy webhook (sent after uninstallation), we permanently delete all data associated with the store, including pricing matrices and stored sessions.
• Because we store no customer personal data, Shopify's customers/data_request and customers/redact webhooks are acknowledged with no data to return or erase.

Merchants may also request deletion of their data at any time by contacting us at the address below.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
